Wellbeing disclaimer
Last updated: 14 September 2026
We are not therapists. coucou is a personal wellbeing project, sharing things that helped its founder through his own journey.
We do not offer therapy
coucou does not provide therapy, counselling, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Its content is general information and personal experience. It is not a substitute for support from a qualified mental health professional or another appropriate healthcare professional.
Your experience is your own
What helped one person may not help another. We do not promise to treat mental health conditions, break addictions or guarantee improvements in mood, motivation or habits. Finding an activity difficult does not mean you have failed.
Go at your own pace
All activities are optional. Adapt or stop movement if it causes pain or feels unsuitable. Meditation may not feel helpful for everyone; pause or stop if it makes you uncomfortable or distressed. Follow any personal medical advice you have been given, including advice about exercise or fluid intake.
Keep professional support in place
Do not ignore symptoms, delay seeking help or change prescribed treatment because of anything you read or do through coucou. If you are concerned about your mental or physical health, speak to an appropriate healthcare professional.
This is not a crisis service
coucou does not monitor your wellbeing or provide emergency support. If you or someone else is in immediate danger in the UK, call 999 or go to A&E. Outside the UK, use your local emergency service.
