Last updated: 14 September 2026
coucou is a free personal wellbeing project, sharing a simple morning routine and things that helped its founder.
About these terms
These terms cover the informational website at coucou.co.uk. The app is coming soon; no account, payment or subscription is currently available through this website. Any terms needed for the app will be made available before you sign up.
Who coucou is for
coucou is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The planned app will be for adults only.
Contact
For general enquiries, email love@coucou.co.uk. This is not a therapy or emergency support service.
Personal wellbeing, not therapy
We are not therapists and do not provide therapy, counselling, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Content reflects personal experience and general wellbeing ideas. Using coucou does not create a therapist–client or healthcare relationship. Please read our wellbeing disclaimer.
Use the guidance in a way that suits you
Participation is voluntary. You can pause, adapt or skip any activity. There is no promise that the routine will improve a particular condition or change a habit. Seek advice from a suitably qualified professional about your own mental or physical health, and do not stop or delay prescribed care because of anything on this website.
A free gift
The website is free to use and contains no advertising. The planned app is intended as a free gift too. There is no purchase or subscription to agree to on this website.
Respectful use
Please do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or interfere with other people's access. You may use the information for your own personal purposes and share links to the website.
Content and external links
Content and images may belong to coucou or third parties. These terms do not grant rights to reuse third-party material. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their content, services and privacy practices are outside our control.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may change or be unavailable from time to time. We cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service or a particular wellbeing outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Updates
We may update these terms as the project develops. The date at the top shows when this version was prepared. New app features will be explained before they become available.
